KAORI
Hi! I'm Kaori. I know how it feels to lose confidence in your body. I rebuilt my relationship with fitness after burnout.
I've been a personal trainer for years now, but my real journey started earlier - during a chapter when I felt completely disconnected from my own body, confidence and strength. Fitness became the thing that rebuilt me from the inside out. It grounded me, restored my belief in myself, and reminded me of the power I forgot I had.
That transformation is what inspired me to start coaching women. Busy women. Strong women. All women. I know what it feels like to want a fresh start, to crave strength, and to need support that truly understands you. Now I help women create that same shift - with compassion, structure, and a space free of pressure or perfectionism.
